At Coral Slub, our return and exchange policy allows you to return items bought on our website for eligible reasons outlined in our policy within the designated return period. We prioritize our customers' satisfaction not only during the initial sale but also throughout the returns and refunds process. 

We aim to process returns within 10 business days from the date of the request.

Return Policy

  • While we thoroughly inspect our shipments before dispatch, Coral Slub reserves the right to approve returns and replacements. 
  • If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate the process within 5 days of delivery, adhering to our return pick-up policy. 
  • Acceptable conditions for return or replacement include mismatched expectations regarding product quality, genuine quality defects or damages incurred during transit. 
  • Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy. Please note that products cannot be returned once washed or used. 
  • Additionally, customers are entitled to one free replacement for undamaged products. If further replacements are requested due to personal preference, shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return request in accordance with our return policy and proceed to place a new order for the desired product.

Return Pick-Up Policy

  • Convenient Return Pick-up Policy: Coral Slub offers a hassle-free return pick-up policy to simplify the process for our customers.
  • Easy Request Submission: Submit a return request via our website, email (care@coralslub.com), or WhatsApp within 10 days of delivery.
  • Include Order Details and Product Images: Mention your order number, provide product images, and state the reason for return to expedite the process.
  • Ensure Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • Quality Check and Pick-up: A basic quality check will be conducted by the delivery person during pick-up. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Timely Pick-up: Items for reverse pick-up will be collected within 4 business days of the return request.
  • Processing Returns: Once received, returns will be processed after passing the basic quality check.

Cancellation of Return Request

To cancel a return request, please contact Customer Service at care@coralslub.com. If the logistics service provider arrives for the shipment and you decide to cancel the return, simply inform them that you no longer wish to proceed with returning the product.

 

Claiming Refunds

Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Transactions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
  • Banks typically take 4-5 business days to process refunds once initiated.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the customer self-ships the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions:

  • Refunds can be provided via Coral Slub credits or transferred to the customer's bank account.
  • Coral Slub credits can be redeemed on the next purchase at coralslub.com within the validity period.
  • Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 7-8 business days.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts; the customer's name must match the bank account holder's name.
  • Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
  • Refunds are initiated after physically receiving the returned shipment; no refunds for self-shipped items lost in transit.
