FAQ's
When will my order arrive?
Metro cities: 2–4 days. Other cities: 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking updates on SMS and WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is free on orders up to ₹999, with a ₹50 fee above that. Prepaid orders get an extra discount.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
Our block prints are made by hand, so small variations in print and colour are natural. They're the mark of an artisan, not a flaw. Colours may also look slightly different in natural light than in studio photos.
How do I care for my Coral Slub products?
Wash in cold water with a mild detergent and dry in the shade. Care instructions are listed on each product page, including any that need dry cleaning.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, share an unboxing video within 48 hours, and we'll arrange a free replacement or return.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return passes our quality check, we issue the refund right away. It reflects in your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
